BIOME Correction, Replenishment & Recovery
Frequency Protocols, Guidelines, Implementation Plan & Full-Length WAV Session Package
Prepared as an experimental wellness audio protocol package. This material is not a diagnosis, cure, treatment, or replacement for medical care. Use under appropriate professional supervision when applied in clinical, study, or vulnerable-population contexts.
The BIOME Correction, Replenishment & Recovery package is organized as a structured frequency-audio wellness support sequence.
Primary goals: establish a calm baseline, provide a replenishment-oriented session, support recovery downshift, and complete with an integration/coherence session once tolerance is established.
- Use low volume.
- Do not use while driving or while operating machinery.
- Stop if discomfort occurs.
- Wellness support only; not medical advice, diagnosis, cure, or treatment.
- Start with BIOME-01 only, log response, and do not add additional tracks until tolerance is clear.
Safety and Scope
- Experimental wellness support only; not a medical intervention.
- Use low volume. More volume is not more effective.
- Do not use while driving, operating machinery, supervising children in water, or performing tasks requiring alertness.
- Stop immediately for dizziness, nausea, headache, agitation, panic, unusual discomfort, chest symptoms, neurological symptoms, seizure-like activity, or worsening symptoms.
- People with seizure history, implanted electronic devices, severe psychiatric instability, pregnancy, acute illness, or major cardiac/neurologic conditions should obtain qualified medical clearance before use.
- For studies, use IRB-style oversight, informed consent, adverse event logging, consistent device settings, and consistent data collection.
BIOME-01 - Correction / Baseline Reset – 12 Min
The file is complete and should not be looped for ordinary use.
BIOME-02 - Replenishment / Cellular Tone Support– 12 Min
The file is complete and should not be looped for ordinary use.
BIOME-03 - Recovery / Inflammation-Calm Support– 12 Min
The file is complete and should not be looped for ordinary use.
BIOME-04 - Integration / Coherence Support– 12 Min
The file is complete and should not be looped for ordinary use.
Recommended Implementation
Week 1 - Tolerance and Baseline
- Day 1: BIOME-01 only.
- Day 2: Rest or BIOME-01 if well tolerated.
- Day 3: BIOME-01 followed by BIOME-02 only if no adverse response.
- Day 4: Rest.
- Day 5: BIOME-01 + BIOME-02.
- Day 6: BIOME-03 in the evening.
- Day 7: Rest and review logs.
Week 2 - Structured Cycle
- 3 days per week: BIOME-01 + BIOME-02.
- 2 days per week: BIOME-03 evening recovery.
- Optional: BIOME-04 once at the end of the week if all prior sessions were tolerated.
Week 3 and Beyond - Maintenance
- Use the full cycle 2-3 times weekly.
- Use BIOME-03 as an evening recovery track when needed.
- Use BIOME-04 no more than 1-3 times weekly unless a formal study protocol specifies otherwise.
Session Procedure
- Confirm user is hydrated, seated or lying down, and free from urgent obligations.
- Confirm the playback file name and duration before starting.
- Set headphones or speakers to low volume.
- Record pre-session status: energy, tension/discomfort, mood, sleep, hydration, medications/changes, and symptoms.
- Play only the assigned WAV file or assigned sequence. Do not stack unplanned tracks.
- Remain quiet during the session. Do not combine with intense stimulation.
- Record post-session status immediately and again 1-2 hours later if possible.
- Log any adverse or unexpected response.
Looping and Extension Rules
- The BIOME 01, 02, 03, and 04 are already rendered to the full 12-minute session length. No looping is needed.
- Do not loop any BIOME Touch unless longer exposure is explicitly approved and logged.
Stop Criteria and Escalation
- New or increased headache, vertigo, nausea, panic, agitation, chest symptoms, neurological symptoms, or seizure-like activity.
- User feels worse after two consecutive sessions.
- Any participant asks to stop.
- Any supervising clinician or study lead determines continued use is inappropriate.
- In an emergency, stop the audio and follow normal emergency procedures.
Research / Study Implementation Notes
- Use pre/post Surveys and complete Weekly Survey forms.
- Daily Surveys may be done at the Member’s discretion.
