BRAIN FOG / COGNITIVE CLARITY / FOCUS READINESS SUPPORT
Controlled Daytime Clarity, Mental Organization, Focus Readiness & Recovery-State Support

Controlled Wellness-Support Use Only
Not Cognitive Treatment - Not Memory Treatment - Not A Substitute For Medical Care

Overview
This QHS Brain Fog / Cognitive Clarity / Focus Readiness Support Protocol is a controlled wellness-support audio session intended to support daytime mental organization, calm alertness, study/readiness routines, focus preparation, sensory quieting, and recovery-state regulation during periods of cognitive fatigue or mental fog.

This protocol is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, reverse, or manage brain fog, cognitive impairment, memory loss, dementia, attention disorder, depression, anxiety disorder, sleep disorder, neurologic disease, endocrine disease, infection, medication effect, concussion, stroke, or any medical condition. Licensed medical care remains primary.

Intended Support:

  • Daytime clarity and mental organization support
  • Focus-readiness support before study, paperwork, reading, language learning, or planning
  • Sensory quieting when mental overload reduces clarity
  • Calm alertness without aggressive stimulation
  • Work-break reset during cognitive fatigue
  • Recovery-state rest after excessive screen exposure or mental strain
  • Participant-reported clarity, focus-readiness, tolerability, and sleep-quality tracking

Medical Primacy And Cognitive Safety Notice
Brain fog and cognitive fatigue can arise from many causes, including sleep problems, glucose changes, medication effects, infection, depression, anxiety, thyroid or hormonal issues, neurologic disease, cardiovascular issues, dehydration, concussion, or other medical concerns. This audio file does not replace medical evaluation.

Continue all physician, PCP, neurology, mental-health, sleep, endocrine, medication, glucose, cardiovascular, and emergency guidance as applicable.

Do not use this file to delay evaluation of sudden confusion, sudden memory change, speech difficulty, facial droop, weakness, severe headache, fainting, head injury, infection concern, or rapidly worsening symptoms.

Do not use while driving, walking in unsafe environments, cooking, operating equipment, or doing safety-critical tasks.

Use seated or reclined in a safe place. Use low to moderate volume only.

Pause if the audio causes headache, overstimulation, anxiety, dizziness, agitation, confusion, or sleep disruption.

Use Schedule

  • Weekly rhythm - 5 days per week for first 2 weeks; 5-7 days per week thereafter as tolerated.
