Through disciplined breathing practice, practitioners learn to maintain internal calm while remaining fully aware of their surroundings.

Acceptable positions for Touch Breath Support Session include:

  •  Cross-legged
  •  Kneeling posture
  •  Seated upright in a chair
  •  Natural standing posture
  •  Slow walking posture

Postural alignment

  •  Spine upright
  •  Shoulders relaxed
  •  Jaw loose
  •  Hands resting comfortably

Practice deep breaths in - holding for a count of 8, and release to a count of 8. Build up to this if you can't from the beginning. You may feel your lungs loosening and your chest freely expanding with this Touch Session.
