Purpose:

This session supports the body’s natural response to environmental irritants and airborne pollutants.

The goal is to encourage respiratory relaxation and overall resilience to environmental stressors.

Suggested Member Instructions
  • Sit or recline comfortably
  • Relax the shoulders, neck, abdomen, and legs
  • Breathe slowly and evenly
  • Allow the body to settle without force


Recommended Use:
 

  • Once daily in normal environments
  • Twice daily during periods of heavy pollution or environmental exposure

Session Length:  10–15 minutes
