Pelvic Relaxation, Emotional Ease, Circulatory Comfort & Sensory Readiness Protocol
Controlled Wellness Notice
This Female Libido & Intimacy Readiness Wellness Support Protocol is intended solely as a relaxation, sensory quieting, pelvic comfort, emotional readiness, and wellness-support audio session. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage female sexual dysfunction, hormone conditions, pelvic disease, vascular disease, endocrine disease, neurological disease, trauma, relationship distress, or any medical or psychiatric condition.
Members should continue all prescribed care and should consult qualified healthcare professionals for persistent, severe, acute, painful, or medically concerning symptoms. This protocol does not replace gynecologic care, primary care, endocrinology care, pelvic-floor therapy, mental-health care, trauma-informed care, medication review, or emergency evaluation when needed.
TOUCH Purpose and Support
This session is designed as a soft, low-stimulation audio environment to support a calm internal state associated with intimacy readiness and comfort. The design emphasizes relaxation, emotional warmth, pelvic softening, breath regulation, and reduction of stress-related holding patterns that may interfere with comfort and readiness.
- Pelvic relaxation and lower-abdominal comfort support
- Emotional ease, stress downshift, and nervous-system settling
- Sensory quieting and reduction of overstimulation
- Circulatory comfort and warmth-perception support
- Body confidence and comfort-state preparation
- Sleep-adjacent or evening relaxation support when intimacy is not planned
- Recovery-state rest after stressful workdays, caregiving, hormonal transition stress, or sensory overload
This protocol may be considered for adult female members seeking wellness support related to libido readiness, arousal comfort, intimacy-related stress, reduced body ease, hormonal transition stress, pelvic tension, diabetes-related stress awareness, recovery fatigue, or generalized low libido concerns
