Find a quiet place where you are unlikely to be interrupted.
You may choose to sit comfortably with your spine naturally supported, rest in a meditation posture, or recline if that feels more appropriate for your session.
Dim the lights if possible, silence unnecessary notifications, and allow yourself to settle into a calm environment.
Keep the volume at a comfortable listening level.
There is nothing you need to accomplish during this experience.
Simply arrive.
Preparing for Your Attunement
Each Attunement is an invitation rather than a destination.
There is no “right” way to experience these sessions.
Some days your mind may feel very quiet.
Other days thoughts may continue to arise.
Both experiences are completely natural.
If your attention wanders, gently return your awareness to your breathing,
the sounds of the Touch, or the simple experience of being present.
There is no need to judge the experience.
Simply observe.

The Twelve Attunements are designed as a progressive journey.
Many members enjoy experiencing them in sequence.
Others prefer to spend additional time with a particular Attunement before moving forward.
There is no required pace.
Allow your own experience to guide you.
Each Attunement offers something unique.
Daily Practice
Some members enjoy beginning the day with an Attunement to establish presence and clarity.
Others prefer evening reflection or quiet meditation before sleep.
With regular practice, many people find these moments become a welcome part of their daily rhythm.
Suggested Reflection Journal
Following each Attunement, you may wish to note:
- Date
- Which Attunement you experienced
- Your level of calm before and after
- Any insights or reflections
- Emotional balance
- Mental clarity
- Gratitude or intentions
- Questions that arose during your experience
Simply notice what unfolds over time.
