Hand & Foot Comfort Support
PERIPHERAL RELAXATION AND RECOVERY PROTOCOL
The QHS Hand & Foot Neuropathy Comfort Support Protocol is a frequency-based wellness and relaxation session designed to support individuals experiencing peripheral discomfort, stress-related tension, sensory overload, or difficulty relaxing due to ongoing hand and foot irritation.
This protocol is intended to:
• Promote relaxation
• Encourage nervous system calming
• Support recovery-state rest
• Reduce stress-associated tension
• Assist with sleep preparation
• Provide a soothing sensory environment for the hands and feet
The session is divided into three distinct phases designed to progressively calm and quiet the nervous system.
PHASE 1 — DOWNSHIFT & CALMING
This phase is designed to:
• Quiet mental overstimulation
• Reduce generalized body tension
• Encourage calm breathing
• Prepare the body for deeper relaxation
The initial phase acts as the transition from daily activity into a more relaxed recovery state.
PHASE 2 — PERIPHERAL COMFORT FOCUS
This is the primary therapeutic relaxation portion of the session.
This is designed specifically for:
• Hands
• Feet
• Peripheral sensory calming
PHASE 3 — BREATH & RELEASE
The final phase gradually reduces stimulation and prepares the body for:
• Rest
• Sleep transition
• Emotional quieting
• Muscle release
• Deep relaxation
RECOMMENDED USE POSITION
For best comfort and relaxation:
• Reclined chair or bed recommended
• Feet slightly elevated
• Hands relaxed and open
• Avoid gripping or muscle tension
• Quiet, dim environment preferred
