Overview

This QHS Joint & Musculoskeletal Comfort / Mobility Readiness Support Protocol is a controlled wellness-support audio session intended to support relaxation, joint comfort routines, muscular downshift, mobility-readiness preparation, post-activity decompression, sleep preparation, and recovery-state rest.

This protocol is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, reverse, or manage arthritis, joint disease, injury, fracture, tendon injury, ligament injury, muscle tear, inflammation, pain, swelling, osteoporosis, post-surgical condition, neurologic weakness, or any medical condition. Licensed medical care remains primary.

  • Evening decompression and sleep preparation
  • Recovery-state rest after therapy, training, travel, or prolonged sitting/standing
  • Participant-reported comfort, mobility confidence, tolerability, and sleep-quality tracking

  • Continue all physician, orthopedic, surgical, physical therapy, medication, brace, boot, weight-bearing, wound-care, fall-risk, and emergency guidance.
  • Do not use this file to delay evaluation of new injury, deformity, inability to bear weight, suspected fracture, severe swelling, redness/warmth, fever, infection concern, blood clot concern, or rapidly worsening symptoms.
  • Do not use while walking, driving, bathing, using stairs, stretching, exercising, lifting, or operating equipment.

Use Schedule

Touch duration - 22 minutes per session

Standard use - 1 session daily during joint / musculoskeletal comfort-support periods

Best time - Evening decompression, after clinician-approved movement/therapy, after prolonged sitting/standing, or before sleep preparation

Optional daytime use - May use once earlier in the day for body tension downshift if not sedating and if safely seated/reclined

Optional second session - Only if well tolerated and separated by at least 6 hours

Weekly rhythm - 5-6 days per week for first 2 weeks; 5-7 days per week thereafter as tolerated

Initial review cycle - 2-4 weeks, then review comfort, mobility confidence, sleep, activity tolerance, and medical follow-up status

Do not - Do not loop continuously; do not play overnight on repeat; do not use to mask urgent symptoms

Combining With Other Touch Files

  • Touch AM or Anytime Touch may be used if separated by at least 4 hours; 6 hours is preferred.

  • Touch PM or Deep Sleep may be used later only if this file did not cause fatigue, dizziness, agitation, or sleep disruption, and only if separated by at least 6 hours.
  • If discomfort, fatigue, sensory overload, headache, dizziness, agitation, or sleep disruption occurs, reduce to one TOUCH session per day or pause.
