Knee Recovery & Strength Support Protocol
This upgraded wellness-support session is designed to support relaxation, muscular calming, recovery-state support, stress reduction, sensory quieting, and emotional regulation for individuals experiencing knee tension, post-activity recovery fatigue, recovery-related stiffness, mobility-related stress, or muscular fatigue associated with rehabilitation and strengthening routines.
Recommended Use
• Use in a quiet, low-stimulation environment at a comfortable low volume.
• Supported seated or reclined positioning is strongly recommended.
• Ideal during recovery periods, decompression time, evening calm transitions, or restful moments.
• May be combined with Hip, or Hands and Feet, and Skeletal Recovery, Strength, and Support.
• Adding an additional Quantum Touch to achieve calm and relaxation will be helpful after one hour, such as “No Worries Today.”
Limited Usage During Initial Phase
Chronic knee discomfort may involve stress, muscular tension, posture, sleep quality, cervical strain, repetitive motion, or underlying medical conditions. This protocol is intended solely to support relaxation, emotional calming, muscular release support, and recovery-state wellness.
For the first week of use, limit to two sessions per day, morning and evening. After Week One, use no more than 3 times per day. This supports gentle adaptation rather than intensity.
Knee Recovery can accompany Shoulder, Neck, and Skeletal Recovery and Support combined.
After an hour pause in between, you may use the relaxation Emotional Support Touch, such as No Worries Today.
Continue to use TOUCH AM and PM once in the morning and once in the evening.
After the first 30-day cycle, report back to support@qtwe.net, and we will adjust appropriately.

Breathing Guidance
Use only slow, gentle breathing. Recommended Pattern: Inhale for 4–5 seconds, exhale for 5–6 seconds before or during the session. No forced breathwork or breath-holding.
Physical Environment Optimization
1. Lighting: Prefer soft natural light in the morning; reduce bright/blue light in the evening.
2. Hydration: Drink water before and after each session.
3. Position: Always seated or reclined in a safe, supported position. Never use standing, driving, or operating equipment.
