This Touch is designed to support relaxation, emotional calming, sensory quieting, recovery-state wellness, sleep preparation, and environmental comfort for individuals living with multiple sclerosis (MS).

This Touch provides an opportunity to pause, breathe, and experience a peaceful environment that supports relaxation and a greater sense of comfort as part of your daily wellness routine.
Every experience is unique. This Touch is intended to complement your ongoing medical care while encouraging moments of calm, restoration, and self-care.
Best Time to Use
Many members choose to enjoy this Touch:
- During periods of fatigue or recovery
- In the evening before bedtime
- Following a demanding day
- During quiet rest periods
- During calming transitions throughout the day
Before You Begin
Before starting your session:
- Continue all prescribed medications and therapies.
- Stay well hydrated, following your healthcare provider's recommendations.
- Choose a comfortable, supported position.
- Allow yourself these few minutes without interruption whenever possible.
There is no expectation beyond simply relaxing and allowing yourself a peaceful moment.
Environment and Positioning
For the most comfortable experience:
- Choose a quiet, familiar, low-stimulation environment.
- Sit comfortably with good support or recline if preferred.
- Use cushions or supports that help maintain comfort.
- Play the Touch at very low to low volume.
