- Allow your breathing to become slow and natural.
There is nothing you need to accomplish during this session.
Simply become present.
Preparing for Meditation
You do not need previous meditation experience.
As the session begins:
- Allow your attention to settle naturally.
- Notice your breathing without trying to control it.
- Relax your shoulders, jaw, and hands.
- If thoughts arise, simply notice them and gently return your attention to your breathing or the sounds of the Touch File.
- There is no "perfect" meditation.

- Allow at least 6 hours between different Touch Files whenever possible.
- Do not play continuously or overnight on repeat.
