SCIATICA - NERVE PATHWAY CALM
Low-Back & Leg Comfort Support
A Quantum TouchVault™ Experience for Relaxation, Comfort & Rest
DURATION: 22 minutes
RECOMMENDED USE: Once daily to begin
BEST POSITION: Safely seated or reclined
Welcome
Living with low-back, hip, gluteal, or leg discomfort can make it difficult to relax, move confidently, or prepare for restful sleep. This Quantum TouchVault™ experience was created to offer a calm, supportive pause within your day - a time to settle the body, quiet sensory stress, and rest in a safe, comfortable position.
This Touch is designed to complement, not replace, the medical care, physical therapy, movement plan, medication guidance, or other recommendations provided by your healthcare professionals.
What This Touch Is Designed to Support
- Relaxation during periods of low-back, hip, gluteal, or leg discomfort
- Sensory calm when tingling, burning, pulling, or radiating sensations feel distracting
- Evening decompression and preparation for rest
- Recovery after medically approved stretching, therapy, or gentle movement
- A calmer transition after prolonged sitting or standing
- A consistent wellness routine centered on comfort and rest
Before You Begin
- Choose a quiet, low-stimulation environment.
- Use a comfortable, low volume.
- Sit or recline in a well-supported position.
- Do not place your body in a painful posture in order to listen.
- Allow yourself a few uninterrupted minutes.
- Do not listen while walking, driving, bathing, using stairs, stretching, cooking, or operating equipment.
There is nothing you need to force. Your goal is simply to become comfortable, breathe naturally, and allow the experience to unfold.
Today's Touch
Begin with one session daily. Many members prefer evening decompression, after medically approved therapy or movement, after prolonged sitting or standing, or before sleep preparation.
A second session may be used only when the first session has been comfortable and the two sessions are separated by at least six hours. Do not loop continuously or play overnight on repeat.
Observe Rather Than Evaluate
Instead of asking, “Did it work?” consider noticing:
- Did my body feel more settled?
- Was it easier to relax the low back, hip, or leg area?
- Did I feel less guarded or tense?
- Was it easier to rest after movement or therapy?
- Did I feel more comfortable preparing for sleep?
- Did I simply appreciate taking time to pause?
Small observations can become meaningful over time. Comfort, tolerance, and consistency matter more than intensity.
Combining Other Quantum TouchVault™ Experiences
- Enjoy only one Quantum Touch at a time.
- Separate different Touches by at least four hours; six hours is preferred.
- During the first seven days, choose either this Touch or an evening/Deep Sleep Touch until you understand your response.
- Avoid combining this Touch on the same day with intensive spinal, musculoskeletal, neuropathy, trauma, circulation, or other nerve-focused experiences unless specifically reviewed and clearly tolerated.
- If fatigue, increased discomfort, sensory overload, headache, dizziness, agitation, or sleep disruption occurs, reduce use or pause.
When to Pause and Seek Medical Care
Sciatica-like symptoms can have many causes. Do not use this wellness experience to delay medical evaluation. Seek prompt or urgent care for:
- New or worsening weakness, foot drop, loss of balance, or a fall
- Numbness that is spreading or a sudden neurological change
- New bladder or bowel changes or numbness in the saddle area
- Severe or rapidly worsening back or leg pain
- Fever, signs of infection, recent trauma, or unexplained weight loss with new severe back pain
- Chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, new leg swelling, or calf pain
- Any symptom your healthcare team has advised you to treat as urgent
