Allow your comfort—not the calendar—to guide your progress.

A Gentle Reminder

Your experience is unique.
Some members move comfortably through each Journey over several weeks.
Others choose to remain with one Journey longer before continuing.
Both approaches are equally appropriate.
Every Touch prepares the way for the next.

How to Experience This Touch

Choose a time when you can relax without feeling rushed or distracted.

Many members find it helpful to listen in a quiet environment where they can sit comfortably or rest in a supported position.

You may listen:

  • During a quiet period of the day
  • While resting after an appointment or treatment
  • Before an afternoon rest
  • During a period of relaxation
  • Before bedtime if this Touch supports evening use

There is no need to concentrate or "make something happen."
Simply allow yourself to become comfortable and present.

Creating a Comfortable Environment

Before beginning:

  • Choose a quiet location whenever possible.
  • Silence unnecessary notifications.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
  • Support your body with pillows if needed.
  • Keep water nearby if appropriate.
  • If a caregiver is assisting you, invite them to remain nearby if additional support may be helpful.

Comfort is always the priority.

Listening Guidelines

For the most comfortable experience:

  • Begin with a low listening volume.
  • Use speakers whenever practical, particularly if headphones become uncomfortable.
  • If using headphones, keep the volume gentle.
  • Listen while seated or resting comfortably.
  • Avoid listening while driving or operating equipment.
  • Do not use this Touch during medical examinations, procedures, treatment instructions, or situations where you need to hear healthcare providers, caregivers, alarms, oxygen equipment, or call systems.

How Often Should I Listen?

For this Touch:

  • Listen once each day as part of your wellness routine.
  • Try to use the Touch at approximately the same time each day whenever practical.
  • If you miss a day, simply continue the following day.
  • More listening is not necessarily better.

Allow your comfort and overall well-being to guide your routine.

When Should I Move to the Next Touch?

Continue using this Touch until it feels:

✔ Comfortable
✔ Familiar
✔ Easy to complete
✔ Relaxing

When those experiences become consistent, you may begin the next Touch in the series.

There is no need to rush.

Your comfort—not the calendar—guides your journey.

If You Experience Discomfort

Reduce the volume or pause your session if you experience:

  • Headache
  • Dizziness
  • Agitation
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • Increased discomfort
  • Ear pressure
  • Difficulty relaxing

If symptoms persist or you develop new or worsening medical concerns, contact your healthcare team promptly.

Helpful Wellness Journal

After each session, consider recording:

  • Date
  • Time of day
  • Which Touch you used
  • Your comfort level before and after
  • Emotional steadiness
  • Restfulness
  • Sleep quality (if applicable)
  • Any observations or questions for your healthcare team

Over time, your journal may help you recognize meaningful patterns in your wellness routine.
