TOUCH™ PROGRAM & DEVICE ADDENDUM

1. Relationship to Master Member Agreement
This Touch™ Program & Device Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements and becomes part of the Quantum Universe™ Master Member Agreement (“Master Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Master Agreement. If there is a conflict, this Addendum controls for Touch Programs.

2. Scope
This Addendum governs your participation in Touch Programs, including:

• Touch AM (morning-oriented program)
• Touch PM (evening/sleep-oriented program)
• Touch Anytime (on-demand program)
• Any future Touch-branded offerings, protocols, sessions, or updates

3. Nature of Touch Programs (Educational & Experiential)
Touch Programs are provided for educational and experiential wellness purposes only. They are not medical care and do not diagnose, treat, mitigate, prevent, or cure disease. No outcomes are promised or guaranteed.

4. Guidance; Self-Pacing; Stop Use
You agree to follow posted guidance and to self-pace. If you experience discomfort, distress, unusual reactions, or concerns, you will stop participation and seek appropriate professional support as needed.

5. Individual Variability; No Guaranteed Results
Members may experience relaxation, emotional responses, shifts in attention, or no noticeable effects. Responses vary based on individual factors. Testimonials are not guarantees.

6. Additional Assumption of Risk
You reaffirm and extend your assumption of risk to Touch Programs specifically, including risks arising from (i) your individual response, (ii) your interpretation of content, and (iii) any actions you take based on your experience.

7. Technical Access; Availability; Changes
Touch Programs may rely on third-party platforms, internet connectivity, and device compatibility. We may modify, pause, update, or discontinue Touch Programs, in whole or part, for operational, safety, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Member Conduct; No Redistribution
For Touch Programs, you specifically agree you will not:

• Record, copy, redistribute, or publish Touch content or sessions.
• Share logins or access with non-members.
• Represent Touch as a medical treatment or as endorsed medical advice.

9. Confidentiality (Touch-Specific)
Touch program details, member-only protocols, and non-public materials are confidential Member materials. You agree not to share them outside Member channels unless expressly authorized in writing.

10. Fees; Add-On Purchases; Refunds
Touch Programs may be included in Membership or offered as an add-on. Payment terms are shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific Touch offering, payments are non-refundable subject to applicable law.

11. No NDA Required for Routine Use
Routine use of Touch Programs does not require a separate NDA. If Quantum Universe offers beta access, proprietary hardware, or special testing programs, a separate NDA may be required and will be presented at that time.

12. Acceptance
You accept this Addendum by (i) activating Touch AM/PM/Anytime, (ii) clicking “I Agree” to this Addendum, or (iii) using any Touch Program. Electronic acceptance is legally binding and may be proven by platform logs (timestamp, IP address, version).
