This wellness-support session is designed to support relaxation, emotional calming, sensory quieting, recovery-state wellness, decompression, and environmental stabilization for individuals experiencing stress overload, emotional fatigue, hypervigilance-associated stress, sleep disruption, sensory overload, or trauma-related recovery challenges.

Usage Directions

  • Environment  - Preferably a quiet, predictable, low-stimulation setting
  • Position  - Comfortably reclined or supported seated position
  • Timing - Evening, decompression periods, or post-stress recovery
  • Volume - Very low to low volume only
  • Additional Support - Structured routines, hydration, therapist or physician-supervised
  • Hydration – Drink water before and after session
