Usage Directions

- Position - Comfortably reclined or supported seated position
- Timing - Evening, decompression periods, or post-stress recovery
- Volume - Very low to low volume only
- Additional Support - Structured routines, hydration, therapist or physician-supervised
- Hydration – Drink water before and after session
