For overnight use, the Member may place the WAV on repeat/loop at very low volume so that it plays continuously throughout the night without requiring manual restart.
Overnight Session Structure
- Phase 1 — Pre-Sleep Downshift: Begin while settling into bed. Reduce light, silence notifications, and allow the body to move out of active mode.
- Phase 2 — Nervous-System Stabilization: Allow the low-volume sound field to become part of the room rather than the focus of attention.
- Phase 3 — Overnight Recovery-State Support: Keep the WAV looping at very low volume if using it overnight. The purpose is a stable, predictable, low-stimulation environment.
- Phase 4 — Morning Transition: If the audio is still playing in the morning, stop it gently after waking. Avoid abrupt stimulation immediately upon waking where possible.
Exact Use Instructions
- Place the WAV on repeat/loop if using it beyond the 15-minute pre-sleep session.
- Set volume very low. It should be barely present, not attention-grabbing.
