Important note about interpretation
This export contains single - time point 0–10 responses. To provide the requested "Improved / Same / Worse" percentages, each category was summarized into a single 0–10 score per member and then binned around the neutral midpoint (5). These results, therefore, represent a distribution of current status (better/neutral/worse relative to the midpoint), not pre/post change over time.
Method (scoring and binning)
• Category score: mean of related items (0–10).
• Reverse scoring: symptom/struggle items were flipped so that higher scores always mean better
status.
• Sleep hours: converted to a 0–10 score with an optimum at 8 hours (further from 8 lowers the score).
• Bins: Improved > 5.5 | Stayed the same 4.5–5.5 | Got worse < 4.5.
• Missing data: members with blanks for all items in a category are excluded from that category’s N.
• Blood sugar/diabetes: not present in this export (no matching fields)
